      Le 17 Octobre 2004<\/strong> l\u2019A.G extraordinaire faite \u00e0 la salle polyvalente de PETIT CANAL changera la d\u00e9nomination sans changer le Sigle : Union Guadeloup\u00e9enne des Activit\u00e9s de Quadrilles \u00ab UGAQ \u00bb<\/p>\n

Les priorit\u00e9s : <\/strong>Mettre en place un plan de d\u00e9veloppement durable. C\u2019est le passage \u00e0 l\u2019Euro<\/strong>. Il va falloir faire des r\u00e9formes : -Le prix de l\u2019entr\u00e9e des Bals 8\u20ac – un tarif unique pour la prestation des Orchestres 450\u20ac- une tarification des boissons – un calendrier de bals sera \u00e9tabli.<\/p>\n

Les bals n\u2019ont pas beaucoup de succ\u00e8s par manque de participants. La situation est critique ; je sugg\u00e8re<\/span> la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019associations, pour <\/span>former de nouveaux danseurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une dizaine d\u2019associations va voir le jour et fera partie de l\u2019Union.<\/p>\n

Nous allons valoriser la danse en instituant les parades de Quadrilleurs lors des f\u00eates de communes, qui remportera un grand succ\u00e8s. La premi\u00e8re a eu lieu \u00e0 BAILLIF<\/strong> puis \u00e0 SAINT CLAUDE. PETIT CANAL<\/strong> sera la premi\u00e8re commune de la grande terre \u00e0 parader. Je vais cr\u00e9er un portail informatique :<\/p>\n

\u00ab Le Quadrille guadeloup\u00e9en<\/strong> \u00bb, pour mondialiser la danse illustr\u00e9e sur des vid\u00e9os. En Octobre 2007 la commune de SAINT MARTIN fait appel \u00e0 une Association de Pointe \u00e0 Pitre le \u00ab CONSENSUS\u00a0\u00bb<\/span> pour une prestation de Quadrilles ;<\/span>nous \u00e9tions h\u00e9berg\u00e9s pendant 3 jours <\/span>dans des suites en partie Hollandaise.  <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Dans la continuit\u00e9 de\u00a0l\u2019action je vais rencontrer<\/span>\u00a0les associations de la c\u00f4te<\/span>\u00a0sous le vent pour les aider<\/span>\u00a0\u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur danse de<\/span>\u00a0Quadrilles, qu\u2019elles avaient\u00a0<\/span>d\u00e9j\u00e0 abandonn\u00e9es au profit des Quadrilles au commandement de Grande terre.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis favorablement, et presque toutes ont adh\u00e9r\u00e9. Un programme d\u2019apprentissage de leur danse va \u00eatre \u00e9tabli. La salle Trait d\u2019Union de Vieux Habitants sera mise \u00e0 la disposition de la f\u00e9d\u00e9ration avec l\u2019accord de son Pr\u00e9sident pour les entrainements.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0 Le 28 Mars 2009<\/strong>, nous constatons que nous englobons Presque toutes les associations de la Grande terre, de la<\/p>

Basse terre et de Marie Galante\u00a0; une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/p>

Extraordinaire \u00e0 Petit Canal va avoir lieu pour la fondation<\/p>

D\u2019une F\u00e9d\u00e9ration de Quadrilles qui sera intitul\u00e9e\u00a0:<\/p>
